By accessing mygcnowconstruction.com or submitting inquiries and inspection report files, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service provided by MyGCnow LLC (DBA MyGCnow Construction).
2. General Contracting Services & Estimates
All initial estimates provided via website consultation forms or inspection report estimates are preliminary cost calculations based on user-supplied information. Binding construction contracts require an executed written agreement detailing final architectural plans, engineering, scope, and fixed pricing.
3. Realtor Services & Inspection Report Estimates
The Inspection Report Repair Estimator tool delivers itemized general contractor cost breakdowns for informational and real estate negotiation purposes. Inspection report estimates do not constitute official home inspections, engineering certifications, or structural warranties.
4. Service Pricing & Payments
Inspection report repair estimate fee payments are processed securely at checkout. MyGCnow LLC reserves the right to adjust service pricing at any time prior to order placement.
5. Limitation of Liability
MyGCnow LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of preliminary estimate summaries during real estate transaction negotiations.
6. Licensing & Legal Entity
MyGCnow Construction is a registered DBA of MyGCnow LLC. General contractor licensing, bonding, and insurance details are maintained in accordance with Washington State Department of Labor & Industries requirements [NEEDS CONFIRMATION: License #].
