All initial estimates, budget calculations, and planning tools provided on this website are preliminary estimates based on user-supplied information and typical Pierce County and all King County construction benchmarks. Binding construction contracts require an executed written agreement detailing final architectural plans, engineering specifications, permit requirements, confirmed scope, and fixed pricing.
3. Home Owner Services & Inspection Estimates
Home Owner Services and repair estimates deliver contractor cost breakdowns for informational and planning purposes. Preliminary estimates do not constitute official home inspections, structural engineering certifications, or construction warranties.
4. Scope Review & Invoicing
Sending a request through this website is free. MyGCNow Construction confirms scope, availability, final pricing, and invoice terms with you before any payment or commitment is made. No payment is processed at initial submission.
5. Limitation of Liability
MyGCnow LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of preliminary website planning figures during real estate transaction negotiations or independent budgeting.
6. Licensing & Legal Entity
