Is the Design/Construction Consultation really free?

Yes. The Design/Construction Consultation is $0.00. You can book an initial 30-minute conversation online first, and our team arranges the in-home design and estimating visit separately afterward (up to one hour with our in-house design team and up to one hour with our general contractor/estimating team). Your consultation includes a standard preliminary proposal outlining the proposed work and estimated investment, a concept image to help you visualize the proposed improvements, and a measured floor plan (with the project area confirmed before the appointment).

Is this for smaller repair jobs?

Yes. Whether you are buying, selling, or improving the home you own, the work can be a repair list or a localized project. The scope, timing and qualified trades need confirmation.

Do I need an agent?

No. Your goals lead the work. You can choose to include an agent in coordination.

Where do I plan a full room remodel or addition?
