1. Public Search & Discovery

Any web-enabled assistant can read our published service catalog, Home Owner Services pricing ($0.00 Design/Construction Consultation, $9.99 Inspection Report Pricing & Priorities, and $19.99 Rendering & Pricing Kit), homeowner guides, and published Media Center articles, videos, and podcasts.

2. Browser WebMCP (Chrome 146+)

On Chrome 146+ with chrome://flags/#enable-web-mcp enabled, pages on mygcnowconstruction.com register structured tools on document.modelContext. An in-browser assistant can help adjust calculators or populate drafts while preserving your manual edits via Undo AI changes.

3. Connected Remote MCP

Connect a supported MCP client to https://mygcnowconstruction.com/customer-mcp. Public discovery and calculator tools work without signing in; saving drafts, submitting requests, and checking linked request status use OAuth 2.1 + PKCE with your verified customer account.

Supported Clients & Current Platform Requirements (Verified October 2026)

• ChatGPT (Custom MCP Connector / Developer Mode): Supported on ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Team, Enterprise, and Edu via Streamable HTTP (https://mygcnowconstruction.com/customer-mcp) with OAuth 2.1 + PKCE (S256).
• Google Gemini Apps (Web): Custom MCP links at gemini.google.com currently require a personal Google Account, age 18+, United States location, English language, and Keep Activity enabled. Google Workspace accounts and Gemini mobile apps do not currently support custom user-added MCP servers.
• Gemini CLI / Gemini API / Claude / Cursor / MCP Inspector: Compatible with our Streamable HTTP endpoint (/customer-mcp) and RFC 9728 / RFC 8414 / RFC 9207 OAuth discovery metadata.
• Chrome 146+ WebMCP (Early Preview): Requires Chrome 146.0.7632.0+ with the experimental WebMCP for testing flag enabled. Not yet enabled by default in stable browsers.

Enforceable Human Approval & Privacy Guarantees

• Out-of-Band Approval Before Any Submission: An AI assistant cannot submit a Home Owner Services request or general inquiry on its own. After preparing a preview, the assistant provides a MyGCNow Construction approval link (/customer-oauth/approve?id=CNF-...) where you review the exact services, comparison price, recipients (tyson@mygcnow.com), and attachment SHA-256 digests and click Approve.
• Explicit Per-Reference Linking: Connecting your assistant does not automatically expose past requests that share your email address. You choose which specific MIR-... or DV-... reference IDs to link during consent.
• No Automatic Payments, Bookings, or Unreviewed Deliverables: Sending a request is free. No payment is collected and no live calendar appointment is booked by an AI tool. All packages and deliverables are manually prepared, reviewed, and published by MyGCNow Construction staff.
• Revoke Access Anytime: You can inspect or revoke any connected assistant grant at /customer-oauth/connections or contact us at tyson@mygcnow.com.
